Return Policy

New, unused, and undamaged items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fees will only be applied to orders returned at your discretion, not on returns of defective merchandise. Unless there was a mistake made on our part, you are responsible for shipping charges to return items.

Before returning a product, you MUST contact eLeMeNO-P Kids via email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA number can be obtained by contacting erica@elemenopkids.com prior to any return. This number MUST be marked clearly on the outside of the package. Any items that are returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and returned to seller. In your request for an RMA, you must include your first and last names, address, phone number, the description of the item you are returning, and the reasons for returning it. RMA numbers make it easier for us to organize and process returns. You, as the customer, can use the RMA number as a reference to obtain status updates on a returned item.

Erica Leggiero, M.S. Ed. has been working and teaching in the field of early childhood education for over 7 years. Erica is currently the director and teacher at a Preschool Enrichment Program in her area. Erica believes that young children learn best through play and exploration, and she is constantly looking for new and creative ways to incorporate learning through play. She embraces this belief in all of the activities she creates in her preschool classroom, and loves sharing them here on her blog.
