Reusable Snack Bags FAQS

April 21, 2015 By Erica Leggiero, M.S. Ed. Leave a Comment

Hi everyone! I’ve been getting a lot of questions about our Reusable Snack Bags, so I thought I’d answer them all in one place so you can each get the rundown.

First, let me say that our Resuable Snack Bags make snacking so much fun! They are super eco-friendly, and you’ll look super-chic pulling them out for your kids!

Let me give you some shocking statistics:

The average family goes through 500+ plastic baggies a year! And that’s just for school lunches!

In addition to the waste overload, many of the disposable baggies are made of plastic and other synthetic materials that can leach chemicals like BPA, PVC, Phthalates and lead into food.

Make a change and put your money to reusable snack bags and I promise, you won’t look back! It’s both good for you and the planet!

3 Convenient Sizes:

  • Starving Size 7×7: perfect for sandwiches
  • Snacking Size 6×5: perfect for goldfish, grapes, carrot sticks
  • Munching Size 3×5: perfect for a cookie or raisins

Each bag is sewn with a “wipe-able” food-safe nylon liner (without harmful PVC, BPA, phthalates, or lead) that can be easily wiped clean with a warm washcloth and is strong enough to withstand the washer.

All snack bags have a USA-made YKK zipper closure, making it easy for little hands to open and close by themselves.
